Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful use only
You must not use Consilena, or anything it produces, to commit or facilitate a crime, to evade the law, or to conceal or destroy evidence. Consilena is designed to help you understand the law, your rights, consequences, and lawful options — including the consequences of, and defences to, past or alleged conduct — not to provide operational help to break the law.
No harmful or abusive content
Do not upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates another person’s rights, and do not upload material you have no right to share. Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
Protect the service
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to Consilena or its infrastructure; do not scrape or bulk-extract content; do not resell or share access in breach of your plan; and do not circumvent metering, security, or rate limits.
Uploads
Only upload documents you are entitled to process. Every upload is scanned for malware and validated; files that fail are rejected. Do not upload malicious files or content that breaks the rules above.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. Report abuse to [email protected]. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
