Our relationship with the firm
Oliver Kispert LL.M., managing partner of BSKP Berlin, certified specialist (Fachanwalt) in tax law and in commercial and company law, is a co-founder of Consilena.
BSKP is currently the only firm in the “Hire a lawyer” marketplace. The firm is independent of Consilena: any engagement, advice and fees are between you and the firm, under the firm’s own terms and its regulator.

- ConsentThe summary goes to the firm only once you consent.
- The firm acceptsYour identity is shared only once the firm accepts the matter. The engagement then runs between you and the firm.
What Consilena does and does not do
Consilena researches, reads and drafts, and shows you the provisions it relied on. It does not give legal advice, represent you, or act for you. AI output is not legal advice; for anything important, and always where deadlines, court proceedings, criminal matters, immigration or children are involved, take advice from a qualified lawyer.
