What Zero data retention means

Many AI providers keep prompts and outputs for a period, for abuse monitoring or, under some terms, to improve their models. Zero data retention is a contractual or technical arrangement in which the provider does not store them after the response.

Terms differ between providers, plans and endpoints, so check what is retained, for how long and for what purpose, rather than relying on a label.

In Consilena

Consilena routes AI requests with data collection denied, so providers that store or train on prompts are not used. The providers are based in the US; the privacy policy lists them.
